The Perimeter
The Estate is enclosed by a high Palisade Fence with an electric fence on top of it, as well as a second electric fence behind it. The estate is monitored 24/7 by guards in a secure control room.
The perimeter is further enhanced the video surveillance of more than fifty camera’s.
Gated Entrance
The Estate’s gatehouse is staffed by a dedicated team of security access controllers, serving as the initial point of contact for all residents and visitors. We implement stringent access control measures for all guests entering the Estate, which include the utilization of resident-authorized access codes and thorough scanning of vehicles and drivers.
To ensure enhanced security, a double boom barrier system is installed at all entrance lanes, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring that all procedures are properly followed.
Estate Access
Residents are able to gain access to the Estate using their remotes. Guests must sign in, as well as be invited by a resident with the guards being notified.
